What is the procedure for admission?

The admission procedure is very brief and completely “hassle-free.” Patients and their relatives should come to the 2nd floor of Rupal Hospital and meet our attendant at the front desk for admission formalities.

What types of rooms are available in Rupal Hospital?

We have three categories of rooms available.
The Zinnia – Twin Sharing Rooms
The Orchid – Premium  Rooms
The Iris – Suite Rooms

Delivery, operative, and operation theatre charges vary depending upon room category.

What is Day Care Surgery?

Day-care surgery means that patients undergoing surgery/procedures don’t require to stay overnight in the hospital.

Do you offer maternity packages?

Pregnancy and childbirth is the most exciting and joyous time of life. At Rupal Hospital, we are always devising new ways to make these moments pleasurable and memorable for you. To provide you with an extraordinary motherhood experience, we offer comprehensive and thoughtful packages with many special touches that add to your sense of well-being right from your conception(first visit) to childbirth and after health for you and your baby. You can inquire for our various upgradable maternity packages for standard and cesarean delivery according to room categories and luxury package by visiting our Patient Relations Executive in the admin office on the ground floor.

What is the mode and procedure of payment?

Patients are requested to deposit the tentatively advanced payment by cash, credit cards, or cheques on admission. Our Patient Relations Executive will help you to complete the formality till final billing.

Is my medical claim policy accepted at your hospital?

We accept insurance patients and encourage you to meet our Patient Relations Executive at the account and billing department on the ground floor of Rupal Hospital if you have any queries regarding the same before or admission. Please let us know about your Mediclaim status once you book for your procedure/surgery so that we can issue you an intimation certificate for your insurance company.

What are the consultation timings?

Mon-Fri: 11:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
04:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
Sunday Closed

What are the visiting hours for our indoor patients?

Morning: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
Evening: 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Other than these timings, only one attendant in Zinnia(Twin sharing room) and two attendants in Orchid and Iris(Premium and Suite rooms) are allowed to stay with patients.

What are the timings for discharge?

The hospital’s discharge time is until noon (by 12.00 pm), after which another day charge will apply if delayed.

Is outside food permitted in hospital?

We provide routine and specialized food for patients depending upon the patient’s medical condition. We can arrange food for patients attendants too on request. But if required, we allow outside food in the hospital.

Are the medicines provided by the hospital?

We are having a facility of pharmacy on the ground floor of Rupal Hospital. So, our patients can purchase those with convenience.
